Vermont Court Records

This Vermont Court Records website is developed to provide electronic access to public government records, including criminal court records and civil court records. It also provides information on the state’s court system as well as an overview of its judicial structure.

Access to public records is established under the Vermont Public Records Law, which provides public access to all public records, except records designated confidential, records that may interfere with investigations, or laws exempted by law.

In addition to court records, it provides access to sex offender information, vital records arrest records, and other public records. The records on this site are sourced from multiple courts and government agencies across many Vermont’s 14 counties, consequently, results from counties may vary.
